How to calculate the total cost of your Apartment
The total running cost of your apartment are the
rent and the additional cost items (water and gas according to consumption). Santiago City Apartments charges a comission dependent on the duration
of the contract.
Comission
The comission is a one-time only fee that is charged if you find an apartment through us. It is calculated according to the following table:

If you would like to extend your stay, a new comission is charged.
Example: Calculating the comission
The monthly rent of your chosen apartment is 250.000 Pesos or 500 USD. You would like to stay for 3 months. The comission will therefore
be 30% of 500 USD = 150 USD
Example: How to calculate total cost due for your apartment
You would like to rent apartment x for 3 months. The monthly rent of this apartment is USD 500. The Security Deposit equals 1
monthly rent (USD 500). The additional cost for water/electricity and building utilities is USD 60 per month. The comission is USD 150.
